Details of the previously issued Flood Alert have been updated. River levels are beginning to drop and the river at the Tidworth and Salisbury gauges is below the alert level. The level at Idmiston remains just above the flood alert level. High groundwater is maintaining the river level. Patchy rain is forecast over the next few days. Due to generally improving conditions, the next update will be on Friday 28/03/2014, unless the situation changes.
