Changes to Household Recycling Centres

you will be able to recycle more materials at home! A new waste and recycling contract will start from 30 July 2018 and from this date you will be able to recycle a wider variety of materials including food and drink cartons, as well as plastic pots, tubs and trays. Blue-lidded bin You will be able to put all of your recycling in your blue-lidded bin, excluding glass. This will include - plastic bottles, pots, tubs and trays - cardboard - food and drink cartons - paper - tins and cans - clean foils - empty aerosols - bagged textiles and clothes Black box - glass bottles and jars will be the only items collected from the black box. |
